Welcome to QAP Bulletins
Hello QAP Contacts! This is something new from NMEDA, it’s called a “QAP Bulletin” and we intend to send these out to all listed QAP contacts when we have pertinent information about the program that we want to share with you. There is no preset schedule for these bulletins, so you do want to watch carefully for them to arrive in your inbox. The subject line will always contain “QAP Bulletin,” in case you need to set a rule for your spam filter.
QAP Bulletins will also be archived on the NMEDA website here.
In QAP Bulletin No. 001, we have four items shown below.
New RADCO Auditor
Nathan Fisher joined RADCO in October and is now underway as an auditor for the QAP. He will be working with Jeremy Howell and Amanda Samia conducting dealer audits throughout the year. So, if you see Nathan’s name pop up on your next audit, now you know!
QAPx Rollout and Deadline
Reminder: The NMEDA board of Directors has mandated that dealers must begin entering all QAP jobs in either QAPx or Docutrack no later than January 31st, 2022. Of course, it’s in your best interest to start entering jobs into QAPx as soon as your training is completed, and your account is activated.
All dealer locations have now been assigned an onboarding month and should have received an email with initial training instructions (required to be completed before QAPx account activation).

New Vehicle Conversion Postings
In light of recent industry announcements and subsequent member inquiries, dealers should be aware that the QAP Rule regarding the requirements for new vehicle conversions sold by accredited dealers has not changed.

The NMEDA office will be closed for the winter holiday staring Friday, December 24 and will reopen on Monday, January 3.
