Strategic Plan - NMEDA

Strategic Plan

Three-Year Strategic Plan (2022—2025)

They say, “Failure to plan, is planning to fail,” and NMEDA is not in the business of failing! For this reason, the NMEDA board, in conjunction with staff, developed the following three-year strategic plan.

On April 14, 2022, NMEDA staff and board members gathered in Tampa, FL to develop a three-year strategic plan. Facilitated by Bob Harris, CAE, of Harris Management Group, the meeting resulted in five goals with 15 supporting strategies. Following the meeting, NMEDA staff developed SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) action plans for each strategy. On July 14, 2022 the NMEDA Board of Directors approved the plan.
