QAPx–The Digital Solution for the Administration of QAP
All QAP accredited locations are required to administer the Quality Assurance program via QAPx or Docutrack.
QAPx is an online solution that allows dealers to quickly and efficiently enter and submit all required job data to NMEDA. If you are new to the system, or just curious as to what QAPx is, you can get started by reviewing this three minute explainer video:
QAPx is only available to QAP accredited locations in good standing. For more information on the requirements for QAPx account activation, including training resources, please contact NMEDA at qap@nmeda.org or 813.264.2697.
Docutrack , offered by NMEDA member Adaptive Driving Alliance, is also approved for the digital administration of QAP. The webinar recording found below compares and contrasts the feature sets of both solutions, and a program comparison sheet is available here.
