The NMEDA Certified Sales Consultant (NCS) Program is a training curriculum custom built for sales consultants in the adaptive automotive industry. From building rapport, to motivation, garnering the sale, closing and providing customer satisfaction, this course is comprehensive and customized for the automotive mobility industry.
The NMEDA Certified Sales Consultant (NCS) Curriculum was designed in consultation with Paul Webb, a principal of Paul Webb Sales Training and WebbVT.
The NCS consists of the following 8 modules, with the number of questions and estimated completion time for each in parentheses. All modules require a minimum 80% score.
- Introduction: 7 Keys to Success & VAK Training This fast-paced course teaches you how to quickly build rapport with a customer by identifying their learning style. (1.5 hours, 20 questions)
- The Technique and Sales Process: This course takes you through the entire process of selling a vehicle by building a relationship with the customer. (4 hours, 45 questions)
