QAP Rules
The QAP rules are the requirements that must be followed by all accredited QAP dealers. NMEDA’s QAP is the only accreditation for mobility equipment installers in the industry and sets the standard for safe and reliable vehicle modifications.

Manufacturers QAP Rules
The MQAP rules are the requirements that must be followed by all accredited MQAP manufacturers. All vehicle conversions are safety reviewed to meet federal safety standards, and all components delivered to installers must meet the strict requirements outlined in the rules.
Compliance Review Program (CRP)
The Compliance Review Program mission is to perform independent safety reviews of wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV), conversions and auto-adaptive equipment (AAE) to meet applicable federal safety standards.
