QAP Bulletin: QAPx: Every Job, Every Store, Every Time
A friendly reminder to our dealers using QAPx (or Docutrack) that every job is required to be entered, every time.
It’s important for the data to be entered for a record of the work performed on a job. Why?
- This quality record helps the dealer maintain the job details in case they need to be referred to for future work on the vehicle and helps protect the dealer for any liability concerns in the event of legal action.
- The quality record also supports needed information that can be provided to a third-party payer such as Voc Rehab or VA to show satisfactory completion of work.
- And…. if you are one of the many dealers who are wondering about simple pass-throughs (WAVs sold with no equipment installations), yes, they get a QAP label and are entered in the system too; every pass-through, every time.
As we head into 2023, we want to thank everyone for your patience and diligence as we worked throughout 2022 to get the entire body of QAP-accredited dealers up and running on QAPx / Docutrack.
Now that we’re over the hump, the message from NMEDA will be consistent: Every Job, Every Store, Every Time.
