New Audit Reschedule Policy
A letter was recently sent via USPS from RADCO describing the audit reschedule policy. This bulletin has the same information as that letter. Let’s review. The table below outlines fees that are associated with rescheduling an audit with RADCO and its auditors. This policy has been approved by the NMEDA Board of Directors and will become effective for audits confirmed for March 28, 2022, and after.
The fee schedule applies to accredited locations who have confirmed a date to conduct their annual audit and are requesting a reschedule of the confirmed audit. Any request for rescheduling of the audit date will be subject to the following fee schedule from the audit firm (calendar days*):
Audit Type | > 30 days out | 15-30 days out | 7-14 days out | < 7 days out |
Remote | No change fee | No change fee | $100 fee | $250 fee |
On-Site | No change fee | $100 fee + any travel change costs | $250 fee + any travel change costs | $500 fee + any travel change costs |
*For calculation purposes, the day the audit is scheduled is day zero. i.e., if an audit is scheduled for Friday, Wednesday is considered two days out, Tuesday is three days out, etc. Rescheduling fees and travel costs will be added to the dealer’s audit invoice delivered by NMEDA.
Thank you for your continued support of the Quality Assurance Program.
